Jan Rider Newman

 

 

Biography

 

Jan Rider Newman has published short stories, nonfiction, poetry, and book reviews in competitions and anthologies, in literary journals and online. Her published short stories are collected in A Long Night’s Sing and Other Stories. She publishes and co-edits Swamp Lily Review, an online literary journal. Jan’s current work-in-progress is a novel about the Acadian exile. Writing, research, genealogy, and photography make her world go round.
